Lyn's efforts to rescue Pacifica from the yawning of irrelevance has been tireless. At the same time, she has been instrumental in developing alternatives that allow the sort of information that was once exclusive to Pacifica's airwaves to pervade the internet and continue outward to disseminate within the new technologies and old networks. So while Lew Hill is being disassembled in a Frankenstironic spectacle, so his spirit is simply reconstituted on another plane by Lyn and all the folks at A infos Radio Project and Radio4all. Also a really impressive, although legislatively wounded microradio Networking achievement in concert with Stephen Dunifer and an armada of lesser known, but equally dangerous Pirates riding the Waves and ambushing hapless merchants of propaganda and regular convoys of counterfiet information that inflates the legitimate economy of ideas.

She is a veteran at presenting the facts to passers by who might otherwise step into a pile of steaming opinions left on the sidewalk by Pacifica Mismanagement on a cold morning. Cleaning up after Schubb has kept her especially busy, as he is probably Pacifica's first manager sent directly into a station from a rigorous obedience program which neglected housetraining.

But credit gets embarassing before long and is over-rated for anyone doing honest work. However it is one of the few things within the reach of radio4houston's budget, even in abundance. There's no way I'm going to pass on a rare opportunity to exhibit generosity, alongside the legendery tolerance, empathy, constraint,refined manner, and conservative compassionatism that has made the people at radio4houston role models for so many for so long.
